Printful is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

Delivery

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3โ€“7 days to fulfill an order, after which itโ€™s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
โ— USA: 3โ€“4 business days
โ— Europe: 6โ€“8 business days
โ— Australia: 2โ€“14 business days
โ— Japan: 4โ€“8 business days
โ— International: 10โ€“20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still donโ€™t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

โ— Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
โ— Ask your local post office if they have your package
โ— Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasnโ€™t left at the post office or at your neighborโ€™s, get in touch with us at contact@eathenet.com with your order number; we will help you identify and contact the shipper responsible for delivery.

Orders

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

Youโ€™ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at contact@eathenet.com.

Weโ€™re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at  contact@eathenet.com within a weeksโ€™ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. Weโ€™ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

Whatโ€™s your return policy?

We donโ€™t offer returns and exchanges, but if thereโ€™s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at contact@eathenet.com!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If your products arrive damaged or defective, you can either request a replacement or ask for a refund within 30 days of product delivery. If any of these apply, please contact us at contact@eathenet.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and weโ€™ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we donโ€™t offer exchanges. If youโ€™re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing chartsโ€”we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, itโ€™s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If thatโ€™s the case, please let us know at contact@eathenet.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and weโ€™ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Printify is an online marketplace for print on demand dropshipping. We partner with various providers to offer you products.

When your products are purchased  through our sales channel, Printify is notified and they start working with providers who will print and deliver your products.

As the provider of the Service, Printify does not own, create, sell, resell, provide, control, manage, offer, deliver, or supply any Products or do any printing. Providers alone are responsible for their Products, the quality of the print and delivery of Your Product. 

Printify is only a platform, we neither sell products nor do any printing ourselves.

Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team from our contact page and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

If thereโ€™s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
